End User License Agreement

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of Locktin software and services available through locktin.xyz.

License

Subject to these terms, Locktin grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Locktin for your own lawful purposes.

You do not receive ownership of Locktin software, source code, designs, trademarks, systems, or other intellectual property.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce protected portions of Locktin
  • Sell or sublicense access
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent subscription or access restrictions
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service
  • Access another user's account or information
  • Modify or create unauthorized derivative services
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Use Locktin for illegal activity

Ownership

Locktin and its software, interfaces, branding, designs, systems, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

User Data

You retain ownership of information you submit.

You grant Locktin permission to process that information as necessary to provide the software and its features.

Updates

Locktin may be updated, modified, or replaced over time.

Certain updates may be necessary for continued access to the service.

Third-Party Services

Locktin may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, artificial intelligence, payments, communications, and other functionality.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms.

No Financial Advice

Locktin is trading-journal and performance software.

It does not provide personalized financial or investment advice.

You remain responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

Termination

This license terminates if your right to use Locktin ends or if you materially violate applicable terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the service.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, profitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular trading purpose.
